November is Meditation Month at Earth Yoga!

Maybe you've always wanted to start a meditation practice but didn't know where to begin. Maybe you've tried it in the past but need a little extra motivation to keep the ball rolling. Maybe you have been at it for a long time, but still find it helpful to practice in a group setting and hear fresh instruction again. Wherever you are in your path, you'll find something to benefit you in this 4-week intensive series.

Meditation can seem intimidating and challenging. This course aims to demystify the practice and give you a practical understanding of what meditation is, how to do it, and how to fit it into your life so you get the most benefit from it.

Open to all levels. You'll get the most out of this course if you come to all four sessions; but if you can't make it to one of the classes, it's okay to attend as you're able. Fancy yoga clothing is not necessary; come as you are (but, for comfort's sake, don't wear skinny jeans). You'll want to be able to sit as comfortably as possible. Each session will include guided practice as well as talks and discussion about the week's themes. Between sessions, participants will be asked to maintain a short daily practice.

Commit to making November "Meditation Month," and ring out 2014 on a high note.
